“VI” Malanotte del Piave DOCG

Characteristic note of morello cherry. On the palate it is gritty and typical, with an aftertaste that confirms the olfactory aspect. Excellent persistence. Straightforward, sincere wine.

A wine that is not afraid of time but evolves with it. In the early years it lends itself well to being carried as a cheek braised pork or larded meat. With bottle aging it will marry braised meats and game, as well as meditative moments.
