Intense ruby red color with violet reflections despite aging in wood. Intense notes of ripe red fruit and hints of jam, all wrapped in spicy nuances of vanilla, white pepper, and chocolate. Its thickness can be felt in the mouth, elegant thanks to silky tannins.
Pairs well with meat dishes, even elaborate ones, and is excellent with sliced steak and fillets.
